We visited a number of open houses and compared the presentations of the realtors, we interviewed several individual realtors at our unit and had them prepare presentations. We looked at the historical data on sales accomplished in our building and in our area. In all of these comparisons Sherine came out far ahead. But the real proof of the pudding was the actual sale.
