My love for real estate began at age 5 as my favorite thing to draw was house plans and elevations. Being raised in a family of all realtors, brokers, mortgage brokers, and property managers, I chose a more creative route that took me to college, graduating top of my class in Architectural Interior Design and working in the world of both design and real estate for the past 15 years helping dozens of families build and design their dream homes, flip, and turn investment properties into something that would set them up for years to come. Formerly licensed in California I worked alongside a top broker in Lake Tahoe, helping to market and sell beautiful multi-million dollar waterfront properties and after getting licensed in Hawaii, have teamed up with my amazing mom, Sherine Duncan.
Our mother-daughter team offers professional design & staging services… for free! Getting homes sold quickly, efficiently and for top dollar is our commitment to each and every client. Our combined 15 years on Oahu has given us intimate knowledge and love of the islands that we hope to share with your ohana.
As a realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my client's wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and personalized. In my free time, I paint, hike, travel, stay active and relish every moment with my husband and 5-year-old twins.

We took care in selecting Sherine Duncan to sell our condo. We visited a number of open houses and compared the presentations of the realtors, we interviewed several individual realtors at our unit and had them prepare presentations. We looked at the historical data on sales accomplished in our building and in our area. In all of these comparisons Sherine came out far ahead. But the real proof of the pudding was the actual sale.
